At Shop Top Fragrances Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
